My Look for Sleep No More this past weekend (aka Noir!Ophelia)

This past weekend I took part in Sleep No More, an immersive/interactive theatrical experience inspired by Macbeth and noir movies. My friends all agreed to dress up, so I decided to go with a 30's-inspired look, with fake fingerwaves in my hair and smoky, sultry makeup. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures before heading out, and after wearing the mandatory mask for all participants of the show, I looked like a hot mess at the end of the night. All I have to show for are these blurry Instagram photos. One of my friends suggested how well Shakespeare can be noir-fied, and I realized that my look (with flowers in my hair) and behavior at the event (I acted creepy and unsettling) could be applied to Ophelia. I really wish I had better pictures, my eye makeup was amazing if I do say so myself.
